Okay stay overall

tasty food great care ac temperature ongoing issue

The food was tasty. Ishant took great care of us. He made our family buffet dinner enjoyable. I also appreciate the customer service. The team decorated our room for us.

The ac temperature is not manually adjustable. It made me sweat. It has been an ongoing issue for a while. I have raised this concern during checkout multiple times, yet it remains unresolved. Early check-in was not flexible. I had to wait despite my office informing the hotel in advance.

the rooms were large and VERY clean i will definitely stay again. breakfast had many choices. the restaurant service was excellent rehaan served me.

the ac temperature could not be manually set this made the room UNCOMFORTABLE at times. early check-in was not ALWAYS flexible i had to wait 20 minutes. the hotel did not contact me about extending my stay when cancellations occurred.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

hotel hospitality perfect cleanliness great attention

The hotel staff demonstrated excellent hospitality. I found the cleanliness in my room was perfect. Shyam Sundar paid great attention to detail. The live singer during the buffet added a nice touch.

The hotel features a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a pool area, which contains twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.
